Be careful about having your detector ruined by this idiot!! He modified mine into a worthless piece of crap!! I know a guy who had his modded by the fast-talking genius here and ended up getting so confused and disgusted that he threw his GP-3500 away and bought a new one. Call some detector shops and hear what people have to say about this idiot!! If you take a chance... it will make you feel like a fool!! Your detector is fine the way it is!!! BEWARE OF WOODY-THE-POO-POO!!!

i have similar problems with ironstone ,and i have problem with the switch button..,it takes several time pressing that black button before it actually start on my gpx 4000 can u help? and how much is to modify the GB MODE?

Hi, I have improved the noise immunity and GB on the 4000 and 4500, First check the GB by trying using the tracking switch on the detector and try to GB.

@woodypoopoo WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Mr. Poo-Poo is way over his head in what he claims to do here. I spent $1100.00 here and now my totally messed up GP-Extreme is absolutely useless! We are Minelab guys who have bee doing this for years and my machine is the worse example of what can happen when you send your hard earned dollars and a nice working machine off to an idiot in Australia. He will come back with some fancy/tech crap, but don't risk what happened to me!!! I will post a video soon!!
