the doctor diagnosed the reason for ur mental ailment very correctly. he said u are under the false impression that all the families are uncultured like ur family, all women are indecent like ur mother, all had to undergo the trauma what u had to and all got the same type of shitty upbringing what u got. that is the root cause of ur frustrations. from ur comments, i can understand the doctor is absolutely true. and his advice is to vent out ur frustrations as much as possible
