"Survival of the Fittest" was such a solid episode, the capper being this amazing performance by Clancy Brown. This episode was Emmy-worthy. Still think the show would've had more of a chance if it came out nowadays in the age of shows like "Lost" and "Battlestar Galactica." But, that's life, I guess!

Clancy Brown and J Madison Wright who played his on-screen daughter True, were close friends in real life. She passed away in 2006 of heart failure (she'd had a Heart Transplant as a Teenager). A real shame.

I love that clip. Clancy Brown is such an incredible actor. He was a boon to that show. I see him "The Shawshank Redemption" and it always freaks me out, seeing him as an uber bad guy! I'll always remember him fondly as John Danziger :o)

Yeah, it's the one where John and the Crew eat the female grendler to survive and then they all tell their version of the story. Solid writing and acting in this one.
