  • I can't understand why anyone would want to dive on the concrete. I will stay with tennis, much easier on the body.

  • I'm tired of people saying that tennis and racquetball are similar, anyone who has played racquetball knows that its very little the same. oh big deal they have a racquet and a ball!

  • heres and idea... IF YOU NEVER TRY OUTDOOR RACQUETBALL OR INDOOR RACQUETBALL IN HIGH LEVEL, DONT, SAY STUPID THINGS LIKE SQUASH ITS A FAR SUPERIOR GAME, FIRST TRY IT AND THEN TALK ABOUT IT, LAZY STUPID IDIOT

  • @zerovargas Tennis kicks squash's and racquetball's ass. Long live Federer, Agassi and Sampras.

  • @mrbobevans you're fucking dumb

  • Fuck tennis courts, If I were rich I'd get one of these in glass!

  • Looks interesting, but I'll take regular indoor Racquetball

  • Why don't they play with knee and elbow pads, don't they get loads of cuts and grazes or worse??

  • fun :)

  • The lines are put there for people to practice tennis. In place of a net.

  • how come sometimes there is a line on the front wall, but sometimes there isnt? what is the line for?

  • Same as indoor, doesn't mean anything. Just the lines on the floor matter. Any lines found on walls are for squash.

  • used to play outdoor game by preference dailyl thru college...my campus had some 3-wall crts leftover from 70's (which were sadly removed). Rarely were others present.

It is more fun than the "box", not only because you must worry about hitting wide but for the huge thrill of being out of position, far off the court, and coming up with winners.

Those diving to concrete w/o pads are just chest-beating morons. Played 3-wall well ~5 yrs & never dived to concrete.

  • Ghetto.

  • For all of u who say diving on concrete is stupid, u have know idea wat its like to get into the game and not care wat u do to get 2 the ball. u r all weaklings

  • youd have to be an idiot to dive on the concrete

  • i agree!!

  • I get enough road rash from bike crashes, no more for me please.

  • quite frankly, you've got to be a f***ing idiot to dive on concrete...

i find this to be incredibly overblown and unrealistic...

  • This is a joke. This is for bangers and hacks that can't figure out how to take a backhand off the backwall.

  • Yeah, a "stupid lazy game" that forces you to return and kill shots from your opponent upwards of 180 mph for side out or point. I'm sure you've already mastered this so that's why you've moved on to squash--a far "superior" game.

  • Sorry redshaftedflicker, tennis is superior to squash. Tennis has Sampras, Federer, Agassi, Nadal, Borg, Laver, etc. who are known throughout the world. And squash has the Khans, Power, Nicol, Shabana who earn only a fraction of what tennis pros make. Squash doubles suck while tennis doubles rock. Tennis is a superior spectator sport than can be played outdoors. In my city there are over 500 tennis courts and only 9 squash courts. You do have less time picking up ball(s) in squash.

  • What is this song ?

  • wow outdoor...no backwall thats lame

  • indoor game much faster!! need a ceiling and back wall!!!!!!!

  • esta muy bueno tus video soy de Chihuahua Mexico y este tipo de deporte esta comenzando a funcionar aca, yo juego racquetball pero este deporte ahora que lo conosco mejor me agrado mucho espero y me puedas informar de el proximo torneo.

  • Ektelon fireballs.. are pretty... just dont last as long..

  • Racquet World in South Miami has them. Just bought some there last week.

  • I've looked in all the stores but I can't find the Ektelon fireballs anywhere! Its like they don't exist!

  • try to order them online

  • it may be hot if they construct an all transparent racquetball court (heavy glass and supports or so...) this way it's real racquetball and everyone can see from any side...

it may be harder to see the ball...

so all of the glass would be a one way mirror - from inside it all looks like a mirror and from outside everyone can see :)

  • No back wall = not racquetball.

  • I dropped tennis and learned racquetball precisely so I could stop chasing balls all over urban creation. Why go back, and start pounding my elbows and knees on concrete now?

  • they make it look really great, but i fuck myself up enough from diving on an indoor court. since when is cutting yourself up on concrete an appealing aspect to anything?

  • This video is hilarious. In nearly every shot someone is diving. They are trying to make racquetball look more appealing to the viewer, which it isn't. It's fun to play, but not much fun as a spectator.

  • Actually, this does look really awesome. Its more like squash/tennis though but with a racquetball ball. Needs a bit less bouncy ball than normal. Its going to get really tiresome looking for the ball after repeated unreturnable kill shots.

  • This so unbelievably stupid. Only very good players could have a decent game on that court. The ball is going to be lost like every 20seconds. One smash and its like on the other side of town. Unless its a different ball used than normally. Definitely need nets behind the court. Yeah, and nobody is going to dive that much on concrete. This more a squash court than a racquetball court.

  • that would get boring fast...bouncing a ball agaisnt a wall...and what are they accomplishing diving on concrete...im pretty you cant get much power sprawled out on the ground....

  • i play outdoor racquetball... im from croatia... outdoors take this sport to a whole new dimwnsion... adrenaline pumpin through you with you hitting the ball going 300 kmph and carvin up yourself on the concrete... hot dogs for everybody... no sport like racquetball.... squash?--no thanks...

  • haha, looks like you listened to the narrator pretty well!!

  • seems like a dumb game, no offence

  • i couldn't slide headfirst on concrete :O

  • Nice edit.

  • Qué bacán!

  • that is crazy

  • florida has alot of outdoor courts...no ceilling shot though...

  • Why play racquetball outside? There are other sports better suited for the outdoors. The lack of walls completely changes (ruins?) the game.

  • obviously, someone hasn't ever tried outdoor racquetball.....

dont speak about something you've never tried

  • It makes you a better indoor player if you play outdoors awhile. Trust me on this.

  • well, it makes you aim more accurately, primarily lower.

  • @fredtor Your comment makes sense to me. Kind of like tennis, where clay makes your overall game better. The US is finally understanding this.

  • haha i play indoor, i would like to try it but i dont know of any courts....

  • Find outdoor courts here: meetandplay[dot]com/Play/OutdoorCourts[dot]aspx

  • It's fun until you have to run and chase a ball going 180 miles per hour, because there isn't a back wall...

  • yeah..amen man!

  • what if the serve is long? this is retarded. give me back the only cubicle i enjoy in this world.

  • Where i can find outdoors videos....
