  • i think your stainless-steel BBQ isn´t stainless anymore?

  • Great workmanship! Thanks for the inspirational video!

What do you think about a flanged flue before the stove pipe in the firing box? It would prevent blowing all the heat directly out of the chimney and make the stove a bit more efficient. Coating the inside walls of the propane cylinder with a mix of clay and sand (1:3, slightly moist) would store some heat and conserve wood and also would prevent undue burning through the cylinder walls, just a thought. Have fun!

  • What will you heat with this stove? I built a stove from an old electric water heater for my fishing shack, I tried using a 4" pipe for the chimney and smoke came out door when I opened it. I went to a 6" pipe and it works much better now. I have a video of the build on my channel if your interested.

  • Well done. Thank you for sharing. I'm looking forward to building one for myself.

  • Hope you are not welding next to those gas cans. Remove the danger.. Gret Job BTW.. Yes wire brush all the old paint off and use use High temperature Flat Black Gas Grill primer and paint and it will look brand new.
