@boombackla There is too much speed reduction in this setup, also not enough compression. We modified both parameters for the next test, see the Second video.
FYI, you gotta give the ball more compression. From what I can tell you're only compressing the ball a half inch, maybe an inch? with more compression, it'll convey more energy from the wheel to the ball. Also, yeah step that wheel speed up some, you may want to consider using 2 FP's to match the power you'd get from a CIM.
You need 4 wheels, at a 45 degree angle, one going slower than the other for a little backspin. Simple physics

Give it more compression, it would really help it to get out faster too.
