The logs are scattered throughout the level, so you must finish the level. However, I think if you're replaying a level, you can go get your missing one and quit and it should count.

the info is all there actually... just complicated. the intell items explain missing pieces, and you have to pay close attention to the dialouge. played it easy, then hard... got most of the story line. filled int he blanks from wiki.

I went back to earn all the Intel appear so if you find intel it saves them because I restart the game and none of the intel was showing.... makes it a lot easy I suppose.

i dunno, ive played to story 2 times now, i found another 1 on my 2nd playthough but i cnt find nomore :( my bar in my redicule is almost full, i MUST be online missing ONE :'( this acheivment is far harder than the intel, i got the intel in under a day, every1 needs relex injectors

@20LilMan08 I have found all the reflex injectors in my first completion and most of the intels. It's easy, I think you ve lost one that is hidden in a level under the school.
