This is not from the CD "HOT PIPES" by PHRCO. This album's name is: "All Strings and Fancy Free". Beachcomper was composed by Clive Richardson and is played by the Sidney Torch Orechstra in 1947. His legendary theatre organ mastery (Regal Marble Arch, the Regal Edmonton and the Gaumont State, Kilburn etc.) dates from the time before the war.
