I remember when I was driving trucks across this great country back in the 70's and 80's and use to listen to Waylon on my cassette tapes in my truck. Those were the days.

When I was about 18 I had the chance to go and see a Willie concert. About half way through it out walks Waylon Jennings. It was the first time they sang together in years and was freaking great.

t eddie, I did that recently with the Ol/ Waylon album. About broke my neck trying to get to it when the light bulb went off. Then I found my ThisTime CD in my collection. I swear I had never heard Mona or If you're goin girl.When he left 2 yrs ago he left me with a traumatic brain injury. it is frustrating at times but then when you "discover" something great it is almost a blessing. I use his music to do my brain-ups, by trying to memorize all the lyrics agin.

I think that, that particular album is my favourite ( how do you choose) i think it is because when i bought Ol' Waylon, which was when it got released about 76/77 time, that is when i knew for sure that musically Waylon was my Hero i had been listening to him a while even then . Sounds like he got you thru some rough times take care

i can only think of 2 that it may be one is Waylons step daughter ( I think thats right) Jennifer Eddy Jessi's daughter and the other is Carter Robertson who did quite a bit of work with
