Awesome looking arcade! Look, they have Daytona, Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike, Harley Davidson and LA Riders, Neo Geo, Lost World, just needs a Sega Super GT, and Sega Water Ski in my opinion. BTW, is this arcade still open?
@paulsbuck5 Sadly not anymore. They closed in the summer of 2007. The FYE went out of business and they paid for the rent on the store while another company, Dream Machine, kept up the games. So when FYE died, they died too. FYE couldn't compete with Circuit City and Best Buy a few blocks down.
Most of the games ended up with one of the managers at the Tri-County Flea Market and some might even be at Peter Pan Games in Bayside.
I guess the FYE arcade was owned by Nickels and Dimes, same people who own the TILT arcades. Alot of those are starting to close, because of the machine conditions and stuff.
Too bad it closed since it was the last place on Long Island with an Initial D Stage 3 machine. I really miss it. Ever since they closed it I don't go to the mall much any more.
this arcade is an example of one that doesn't need to have an old arcade game like Lethal Enforcers in it while almost all the other games are from the mid 90s to today.
the store and arcade both closed down july 23, 2007....their contract was up and fye decided not to renew it .. right now theres two big huge white walls where the store and arcade was, and nothing is to replace them right now...i was there the day after they closed and there was paper up on the windows with the cages down and said theyre not there anymore, sad cuz i met +44 at that fye in june a month before the store closed =[
and one year later, they're still there. Nothing has been done! I want another arcade soooooooo bad. There's nothing in Suffolk except Chuck E. Cheese and Babylon Bowl.

FYE pays for the rent of the place and another company pays for and maintains the machines.
