Adam, speaking as a conservative libertarian and a fan, I must say that it is most excellent to witness the official triumphant return of AVTM! It's too bad with whatever happened between you and RT, but I can see it has only further strengthened your resolve to spread the good message of freedom as inspired by the Founding Fathers. I believe this has incredible potential to be huge, perhaps even moreso than with RT. Other indie politics shows have risen to prominence on YT, and so can yours.

We are currently manipulated with interest rates, inflation, and currency devaluing by the private bank called the Federal Reserve. In a free market the US would create a sound currency based on the gold standard and stop the manipulation the fed has in our daily lives. I could go on more but am not certain exactly what answer u need.

Congrats Adam. I can see everyone here is happy to see you back on a regular basis and format. While we may not agree on everything, all of us here understand that if the US were a business that we would declare it bankrupt and begin to dismantle it. Just like breaking up a comglomerate we need to fold certain parts of the federal gov't. if not all of it. That leaves us with 50 states where gov't might see the light. I've gotta believe that we need some basic structure or risk a total SHTF.

It's too bad with whatever happened between you and RT, but I can see it has only further strengthened your resolve to spread the good message of freedom as inspired by the Founding Fathers. I believe this has incredible potential to be huge, perhaps even moreso than with RT. Other indie politics shows have risen to prominence on YT, and so can yours.

@jsteel89: Bullshit, I've done payroll and payroll taxes for almost 20 years, as a living. It was all about the PROFITS. Screw the American worker, they're to bitchy, we'll make millions more if we get the government to get rid of tariffs, and open up "free trade". I was there at some of those board meetings. That's when I quit working for huge corporations and started working with smaller "middle-class" businesses. I charge $25 an hour, and get billed at $30-$35. Again, been there; done that.

Perhaps I don't understand exactly how free markets can really be free. I can't imagine a world with out welfare and free services for the people who aren't born into fortunate scenarios which can enable them to function correctly in a free market society.
I also don't get how any monetary system can tackle the problems with dying eco-systems and environmental issues.

The problem is that people do not seem to realize that true capitalism free of corporatism and monopolies provides multiple opportunities for individuals. A free market in our nation allows for more locally owned "mom & pop" style businesses that help not only national economy but also local. continued.

@enticed2zeitgeist Before we had money people traded what goods they produced or services they rendered through a barter system. This would not be practical today. We are currently manipulated with interest rates, inflation, and currency devaluing by the private bank called the Federal Reserve. In a free market the US would create a sound currency based on the gold standard and stop the manipulation the fed has in our daily lives. I could go on more but am not certain exactly what answer u need.
