Wonderful book, wonderful family. I actually babysat the Grogan children a couple times a few years ago, so I had the pleasure of meeting Marley... and chasing him around the neighborhood when he got off his leash!

man, the story of marely at the end is so sad, i always cry when i read it, but he lived a good life, and he died peacfully

Marley and Me is such a wonderful and heart-warming story. I loved it so much. It is filled with a lot of comedy, and you can really hear the sincerity of John Grogan's writing in the novel. It is obvious that John had a very deep love for Marley as a pet, a best friend and a part of his family.
