I had a prob with fat arsed pigeons standin on my TV antenna which overhangs my driveway and pleasuring their bowels on my car below. At first I used a BB gun along with gravity didn't hurt the birds. Then a pen laser... More fun and just scared them shitless... But the best way is vibrating tape (on eBay) strung from top of tv mast to eaves of house. Makes an inaudible sound on the ground but scares the feathery shitbags off...

You're right, i had this problem too i park under a tree outside my house and birds were fucking up my cars paint job. So i started killing them with an air rifle, i shot a half a dozen of them everyday for some weeks, and after that they learnt not to get close to that tree and they never came back.
