Because I watched Playful Kiss first, I thought it was the best but right now I'm watching ISWAK and am on ep 18 and I can say ISWAK is better :D it's detailed and you can really feel how zhi su portraits his jealous side and his romantic side. (GOD I so love his romantic side!) through their kiss scenes, you can really see how he loves XQ so much :) it's so cute and really sweet :))
in my own opinion,i think playful kiss is better than iswak.but i never watched iswak before,so i shouldnt be judging already, but i will try to watch iswak myself.but ppl shouldnt really be judging of which is better.i think both of them is good on their own ways, even though i never even watched iswak, i still bet its a good drama.based on my thoughts, playful kiss is a romantic comedy that ppl will sure enjoy.and iswak i bet is a romantic drama that will move ppl's hearts.so plz dont judge :]

It's really hard on me, if not to say painful to watch PK after watching ISWAK. PL is a totally failure as the result of rating showing. The actors show little to no chemistry at all. The script was poorly written. This is a disgrace to the original story. It's pretty ridiculous to compare the two series. Just my 2 cents.
It 's very funny to read some comments. It's almost like a war. I like both versions I saw the TW version first but I prefer PK in many ways especially the Kiss scenes . Actually, Joe and Ariel were restricted to date each other because according to the Taiwanese film industry the actor/actress playing the main role must maintain their stardom; therefore, they cannot have intimate relationship with each other. Before acting out the scene, they sign contract to not date.

Oh, you should've included the passionate part right before the kiss in the Taiwanese version where he's yelling and totally frustrated with his own feelings that she might marry someone else. --The acting is what separates the 2 dramas. No comparison.

i think the diff bet taiwan n korean version:
taiwan guy less cold, korean guy a bit too cold....
taiwan girl more retarded, korean girl stupid but not as retarded
taiwan more passionate scenes, korean less passion
if i hv to pick i like subtle emotions more than too passionate ones so part 2 of taiwan version was a bit too much for me....
korean version light and more innocent...
just my opinion so dont kill me hahaa...
