I said that World of warcraft games dont have it. warcraft 1-3 have an amazing storyline, one of the best that i have encountered. But after warcraft 3 : frozen throne, the storyline got worse and worse. In wow: wotlk, after you defeat lich king, Terenas says: ''without lich king, the scourge will be more dangerous''. WTF? shouldn't it be like, after lich king defeat, the scourage loses?
@MaxUsed And now it seems that Blizzard dont give a shit about the lore in WOW. ( see the ''red shirt guy at blizzcon'' video). Blizzard is just developing another wow add-ons to keep it alive. Because they know, that this game gives them a millions of $ every year. 12-15 year old kiddies, don't give a fuck about storyline, ( I don't think that they are even aware of warcraft RTS series) they just want their RPG game.
Eric, i was working midnights when I got this game for Xmas. Here in Buffalo we get a ton of snow like the game. Every winter i think about this game and play it for nostalgia sake. You are so right about the music, strange feelings, and all of it. Well said, I thought i was the only one lol.
It's hard to explain but these Max Payne songs give such a weird mystical feeling of being lost among the unknown and hidden sides of the world when playing, and completing the game at night. From 12-6 in the morning in winter, when it's snowing in real life as well.
@eric5335 I played it first on Xbox when i was maybe 15. But i bought it again in Xmas 2010 for PC in Poland and there was so much snow that I felt like being in the game. And this Ragnarok legend at that time freaked me a lot... it looked so real.
