I think he's going to help Emma break the spell. Anyway he's so good looking that adds a new reason to watch the show.

My guess is he's related to the Grimm brothers in some way.

1. He's a writer.

2. He seemed way too smirky when he said the town gave him inspiration.

3. He's the first ever person to enter Storybrooke (apart from Emma, obviously). Which means he can't be a fairy tale character, since no one can leave to begin with.

4. They've avoided giving him a name, which means his name's significant.

I also think he is the guy who wrote the storybook...but wouldnt it be even more interesting if he was somehow an older version of Henry?
