THe "penalty" will quickly increase to the cost of the insurance just as has happened in Massachusetts. This is only a short term benefit for a long term unsustainable program that will "work" thru rationing. Not my idea of what my insurance should do.
All predicted by conservatives and orchestrated by Obama. He wants single payer and this was the way to go. Put government in charge of all your medical. Wait till you try and get a procedure and it is denied. Who will you go to then?

@k3304 not to mention the fact that so many regulations by Obamacare will be a deciding factor in over 40% of all practicing MD's will be leaving their practices within a few short years. Obama has created a worse health care crisis with this legislation instead of making it better. Is there any better example of a complete failure?
