Yea, you're right, the 1985 track is "Nu Shooz - I Can't Wait". It could also be found on Grandmaster Flash's Essential Mix from 2002 and Brown Sugar's OST.

It's a version of one of the coolest club - pop songs of the 80s (and ever) "I Can't Wait" by Nu Shooz. This is a great mix - wonderful disco-house music.

BUT - the truth is the original was COOLER. Nu Shooz were just the best - this song was the biggest winner of the decade before House really walked in (along with years before "Walking on Sunshine" by Rockers Revenge). Though actually house was just filtering in then - Inner City were in the charts within a short time.
