Full kits where and livery's were available in Gran Turismo 1, so, 1998. I'm pretty sure they are not taking it out because you could "add a wing" in GT4.

Personally, I own Forza 3, and love it to death, it's head and shoulders above Forza 2 in quality... I, however, don't play fanboy, and love racing games period... If it wasn't for the fact that I'll be downright broke in march due to my schooling, I'd probably buy this on launch day.
But as it is, I'll have to wait. Honestly, I only really got a PS3 as a bluray player, cause I enjoy more 360 games, but if I can get a good game or two for my PS3 as well, awesome. This being one of them.
I don't know where you get your facts, but you are being mislead, PS3 has very few exclusives. And I'm not a fanboy, if I was, I wouldn't have bought a PS3. In fact, the only reason I own a 360 is for the games.
Aside from those games I got it for, the 360 is a piece of shit, xbox live is an insane cash grab, and I've had to replace my system 3 times... The ONLY reason I have it is because it has more games that I enjoy playing. Although if it dies again, I won't bother getting another 360.
sorry, I forgot to mention that I have a pc from 2005, which has a good videocard (the best at the time), this means that aside from forza gears 2 or halo3 (+the odst expansion), I can play every single interesting game that 360 has to offer.

First off, the lag comes from bad internet not the system. The xbox has many online features the ps3 doesnt , like cross game party chat up to 8 players. Share movies in a virtual movie theater. Larger game and video download content. And ive also noticed things download 2 times faster. Sony must put a bandwidth cap on PS3. Now don't get me wrong, Ps3 is the better deal online because you dont pay $50 a year, but xbox has a reason to charge because Xbox live is far ahead of PSN in every aspect
360 can/have supported over 60 players online. Black Hawk Down on the first xbox had 50 players. But the reason 360 doesn't have many of high multiplayer games is because it wants people to use teams for strategy. Xbox live is more competitive online, ex. COD is harder online on 360 than ps3. When people really care about their rank, they want less people because it involves more skill such as taking cover, taking alternate routes, and choosing weapons without being shot at every time.
In my opinion, high multiplayer games are fun. Constant action takes some of the boring aspect out. Have you seen MAG on PS3 with 256 players. That game lookes amazing. But when I want to play games that really show off my skill or just to have a better social experience I usually play my Xbox 360 over my Ps3.

I like the 360, its fun to play - And when people say Xbox is for poor people, it is cheaper than PS3, but think about Live costs, wireless adapters, the PS3 comes with a lot of standard features so its expensive to buy, but in the end, they're BOTH expensive. PS3 and 360 fanfags annoy everyone. And all the fanfags will now give me a thumbs down, right?

Fanfags are annoying for PS3 and the 360. I got a PS3 Slim and I prefer the PS3. Would I complain if I was given a 360? No. Do I look down on the 360? No. They're both brilliant consoles and its all down to opinions of what you prefer and has the most useful features for you, otherwise we all get boring, similar, repetitive consoles. I am using my PS3 to type this, I use the brower a lot, PS3 is better for my uses.

I own both... have to agree that PS3 is better :D GT5 will be epic.. and I can't wait.. I like Forza 3 a lot though and the customisation is very very nice.. but PD will have all that and more integrated in to the game with more realism, pitstops damage and day night cycle to mention just a few details.

Personally, I own Forza 3, and love it to death, it's head and shoulders above Forza 2 in quality... I, however, don't play fanboy, and love racing games period... If it wasn't for the fact that I'll be downright broke in march due to my schooling, I'd probably buy this on launch day.
But as it is, I'll have to wait. Honestly, I only really got a PS3 as a bluray player, cause I enjoy more 360 games, but if I can get a good game or two for my PS3 as well, awesome. This being one of them.

I don't know where you get your facts, but you are being mislead, PS3 has very few exclusives. And I'm not a fanboy, if I was, I wouldn't have bought a PS3. In fact, the only reason I own a 360 is for the games.
Aside from those games I got it for, the 360 is a piece of shit, xbox live is an insane cash grab, and I've had to replace my system 3 times... The ONLY reason I have it is because it has more games that I enjoy playing. Although if it dies again, I won't bother getting another 360.

sorry, I forgot to mention that I have a pc from 2005, which has a good videocard (the best at the time), this means that aside from forza gears 2 or halo3 (+the odst expansion), I can play every single interesting game that 360 has to offer.
I use the 360 controller though :P
But again, look on metacritic; ps3 has more exclusives now, even if we count the games I also can get on my pc as xbox exclusive.

First off, the lag comes from bad internet not the system. The xbox has many online features the ps3 doesnt , like cross game party chat up to 8 players. Share movies in a virtual movie theater. Larger game and video download content. And ive also noticed things download 2 times faster. Sony must put a bandwidth cap on PS3. Now don't get me wrong, Ps3 is the better deal online because you dont pay $50 a year, but xbox has a reason to charge because Xbox live is far ahead of PSN in every aspect

360 can/have supported over 60 players online. Black Hawk Down on the first xbox had 50 players. But the reason 360 doesn't have many of high multiplayer games is because it wants people to use teams for strategy. Xbox live is more competitive online, ex. COD is harder online on 360 than ps3. When people really care about their rank, they want less people because it involves more skill such as taking cover, taking alternate routes, and choosing weapons without being shot at every time.

In my opinion, high multiplayer games are fun. Constant action takes some of the boring aspect out. Have you seen MAG on PS3 with 256 players. That game lookes amazing. But when I want to play games that really show off my skill or just to have a better social experience I usually play my Xbox 360 over my Ps3.

And as far as you knowing what kind of servers they use is BS. Just think about it. Wouldn't Microsoft have very high end servers with over 17 million users using it everyday. Back at E3 microsoft anounced that its servers could hold a 300,000 mmorpg. The amount of players depends on the game designers

I know Ps3 has dedicated servers, but you can't compare it to Xbox's without substantial evidence. How do you know 256 players won't lag on your ps3, MAG isn't even out yet. Cross game chat is the biggest feature to hit online multiplayer. You must have no friends on Xbox then, either that or you don't have an Xbox.
