I think it makes you lose time if you do the first jump to get 3 shrooms cause its possible to get a 40 second and 39 second lap using only 1 shroom

@Leo99z I couldn't fit it into the title. Right now, it's towards the bottom of the description. Last I checked, I was 3rd regional and not on WW.

@DnLChamp The only item boxes that contain Mushrooms are by the blue zippers, which is rather far. The WR strategy, however, does 2/3 lap glitches. One going into lap 2 and then the running backwards strat on lap 3 (I think). This was the 3rd time I ever made the glitch out of 100+ attempts, so yea...you can guess why I didn't bother trying to do a 2/3 :P

@ChaozMKW Spear is actually better for this since you have Mushrooms/Stars to make up in places where it'd lose time.

For non-glitch, FR is simply easier to use but Spear is better, I think.

For glitch, Spear makes the glitch much easier than with FR. Those few points of speed difference make a huge difference.

look at the respawning point for the glitch! whoa!

@musicluva13579 It's there b/c the path of Wiggler is in the normal respawn point so they moved it so you wouldn't land on top of him if you died when he was coming.
