So, my question is: Why are they insisting that she put the unused ballots in the box when they also insist that those are not part of the recount and they refused to count them? Hmmm. Wonder what they want to use them for.

LOL some nice uncast ballots in the copying machine! Those are all pre-printed so there would be no need to be making copies AFTER the fact unless.......

Its about time they started recounting the votes...geez...anyway, on the close up of one fo the boxes it appears the original seal was split all the way up and it was taped over (transparent tape) and a new seal put on going crossways.
