Link has feelings in MM because he is a mentally ill person in the beginning of the game since he was sent back in time and is confused so HMSM helped him to over come this.
@DoctorRoblox Uh.......what are you talking about? At the end of SS Zelda and Link DO stay together on the surface. BY THEMSELVES. Its confirmed because you see Link smile when Zelda asks "What are you going to do now?" after she says she's going to stay. Plus, their birds fly away, showing that they won't be going back to there hometown. So, I think its kinda obvious that they........you know "formed a royal family".
@DoctorRoblox They CAN be together. They aren't siblings. Demise specifically says 'those with the blood of the goddess and the SPIRIT of the hero will be cursed'. Therefore, Zelda is always from the same royal bloodline, while Link is always from a different bloodline.
ZELDA. Obviously they are the only couple in the game that was actually intimate. Zelda's the only girl Link actually hugged, held hands with, kissed, and possibly have a family (according to the hints in SS) JMOVRO- Just my own very reasonable opinion.

@pumpkingirl915 Play TP he is a farm boy and its in the Child Timeline so Zelda doesn't know much about Link in this timeline plus if you see the gossip stone it says "Malon hopes for a noble knight to sweep her off her feet someday" and in the childtime line when he returns from Termina it could've been possible that he died later on and became Heros shade and TP Link could've been his son.

Malon? Seriously? Guys, in OOT Link ONLY goes to Malon to get the horse. That's all. I didn't really see any romantic moments between them like Link and Zelda. Even the creators of the game states that Link was in love with Zelda. That's why he was hurt when the had to say good-bye for Pete's sake!! This is the legend of ZELDA. Malon's just a side character if you asked me.
@pumpkingirl915 Just because Malon is a side character, that doesn't make it any less likely for Link to end up with her. Just because it's the Legend of Zelda, that doesn't mean Link is always going to end up with Zelda.
@WonderPikachu12 Pumpkinggirl's point is that she didn't see any romantic moments between Link and Malon. :) The both of you come up with good reasons, and I agree with you both. I'm going to have to agree with Pumpkingirl that Link and Zelda certainly interact more with each other and have more romantic moments. xD But yep, the moments between Malon and Link can be interpret as romantic as well.
Malon. Malon is the one that gives Link Epona, for starters, who goes on to becoming Link's horse in two other games: Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess. In OoT, Zelink is impossible because Zelda is a sage, and Ruto said that Sages cannot marry (by that, I think it's more along the lines of they cannot have relationships), meaning there's no possibility of Link and Zelda being together. Malon, on the other hand, isn't a sage, and shows more care for Link while Zelda sees him more as a soldier.
@WonderPikachu12 Ruto didn't specifically say that sages cannot marry (according to the English version of OoT, I'm not sure about the original Japanese version). She stated that she doesn't think she can offer Link her love since she has to guard the Water Temple. While Malon isn't a major character and I don't see Link caring for her (I do agree with you that Malon cares for Link, though not as much as Zelda does, in my opinion), I understand why and how you feel about this situation lol. =)
ZELDA. let me explain why. in the game, malon is basically a cute farm girl who gives link a horse. she flirts with him and all, but link doesn't seem to care. though he does seem to care for zelda. he almost died 50 times just to her. when he was about to battle ganondorf, and he saw zelda in the rupee, he looked super concerned. and at the end, he didn't look so happy to say goodbye to her. and zelda was hurt to say goodbye, too. ZELINK!!

The same will be done for ZeLink fans who go onto Malon and Link videos and write down their opinions why Link should be with Zelda. And these kinds of actions occur in EVERY YouTube video, courtesy of YouTube allowing people to do so.

I think Malon because she gives you a horse and zelda gives you a quest that i needed 5 fairies and counting for. midna wasnt around for two whole games and she left link and rutos a fish and a sage and sarias gonna die after link unless he turns evil.and shes a sage and nabooru no one cares about that much so its definitley malon
BTW i was obviously referring to Ocarina of Time. On other games i support other couple's, since it's other lifetimes, places, --- in windwaker for isntance i love Link and Tetra/Zelda XD

I'm not as low as some fans here, i jsut see Malon as a funny girl, who liek to playw ith link adn grows attached to him like any other girl would. slut, whore, ... well forgive her for being pretty duh. I think she's far less strict than zelda, more open and easy going. Also living on a ranch fits link far more wiht teh wildlife.

They were only more focused on the task at hand: saving Hyrule from Zelda. At the end of OoT, the sages were able to return to their lives. @Pippland Malon was just a side character, and Link never show any feelings of attraction to her. He was just saving Talon's farm and Malon, because you, as Link, can choose to get Epona to make the quest easier thru Hyrule Field. And if Link hasn't gone after the three stones, there wouldn't be an OoT story line at all. It was Navi who convinces him to pick up the Master Sword. There was not much evidence pointing to Malink. Link didn't go to Malon at the ending; he chooses to see Zelda.
@zelinker Okay, I owe an apology. I was kind of a jerk back there and I have deleted said comment. Personally, I don't care what shippers think; I myself don't ship Malink anymore. Occasionally I like both Zelink and Malink and, in fanfiction writing, I leave subtle hints to either pair. I agree that there wasn't much interaction between Link and Malon. I dunno what got into me when I posted that comment... I support Zelink more.

Yeah, this video's not biased at all. But you've got to remember that almost every game has a different Link. It's not likely for all of them to end up with the Princess Zelda of his time.
If we're talking Ocarina of Time Link, their relationship is purely business. Every time they meet, they only talk about their plans to dispose of Ganon, and then when Ganon's gone, she's like "Well, he's gone now, let's have that Ocarina, you've got seven years to live *Sends Link back in time* He's gone =D"
Malon, on the other hand, Link has no reason to visit Malon at the ranch aside from because he wants to, and pretty much every walk-through of Ocarina of Time has Lon Lon Ranch be the first place Link goes when he wakes up from his seven-year slumber.
So despite ZeLink's popularity, all signs point to MaLink.
Hmm, really? Actually, as the player, you can decide wherever you chose to go first. Link is supposed to go to Kakariko Village first when he wakes up; we get the choice of getting Epona first or after we get the Hookshot. NO signs at all point to MaLink, but of course, I can't change your opinion, only argue about it. True, every game may have a different Zelda and Link, but we like the classical story of the princessxhero, so we still see the romance between them in nearly every game.Good day!
I never said the plot demanded Lon Lon Ranch first. As I said, Malon has no relevance to the plot beyond giving Link the egg to wake up Talon. Link's only reason for talking to Malon is a desire for her company, and since he rides Epona on the title screen, it's clear he does desire it in canon.

Really? Malon isn't the only person Link can talk to in the game; there are so many characters that Link could've talk to just to hear what they have to say. Plus, most of them, including Malon, gives the player hints about where to go next or what to look out for. And as for riding Epona on the title screen, I didn't see any other person besides Link and Epona the horse, and I just consider it as nothing more than a hero riding his horse out in Hyrule Field. Thank you for missing the point. As I said, Malon has no relevance to the plot beyond giving Link the egg. She doesn't give Link any hints on what to do, she doesn't trigger any plot points. Link is never obligated to see her after sneaking through Hyrule castle. If he talks to her, it's because he wants to talk to her. She's the only one of his love interests you could say that about. And about riding Epona, remember what Link has to do to before Epona even lets him get close?
He has to talk to Malon three times at the ranch (and remember, he's under no obligation to do so in order to complete his quest. He doesn't know this will eventually give him a horse, all he knows is that he wants to talk to Malon.), during which she is nothing but friendly with him, and then learn Epona's song from her. At this point, Epona "grows fond" of Link, most likely seeing that her master trusts him, and that he is safe. And once again, this is all entirely optional. No in-game dialog-
Tells him to do this, the player can complete the game without even knowing how to get the horse. However, Epona's presence on the title screen locks these events (And thus, Link and Malon's friendship) in as canon.
And no, Link and Zelda only actually meet three times. I don't really count most of the Sheik moments, since they're just "Sheik pops in, reads some poetry, plays a warp song and disappears", and even on the one occasion where Sheik and Link actually do interact, there's still nothing affectionate or even personal about those interactions. It's a strictly business relationship.

@FaustSketcher Uh, I did, and it so happens to be one of my favorite Zelda games, not because it is totally about Navi, but because of the friendships and characters and one brief moment between Link and Zelda in it. At the end of OoT, Zelda sends Link back in time to his childhood so that he can regains it back and live it again, for she feels guilty that he had to sacrifice his childhood to help her out. Yes, he did go on a journey to find Navi in MM, but he still thinks of Zelda.
@madkirbys He didn't go see Navi because she left him and disappeared. However, he searches for her after seeing Zelda, which leads to the events of Majora's Mask.
He went to go see Zelda to warn her of Ganondorf's plot to rule over Hyrule, thus getting him thrown into the Twilight Realm and leading to the events of Twilight Princess.

@WonderPikachu12 ....may have different opinions on that ending. I have my own reasons why I strongly believe Zelda remembers. Due to the ambiguity of The Legend of Zelda series, I would say that only Nintendo knows the correct answers, and they purposely left it up to us to decide for ourselves lol.
But your reason about OoT's ending leading to the events of TP makes sense. I may not agree with it 100%, but thumbs up to you for giving me more thoughts of the mystery of TLoZ. :)
@madkirbys How would Zelda remember? It's Link that travels back and forth through time, not Zelda. The only way Zelda would be able to remember something that happened in the future is if she traveled through time with Link.
Well, I swear I remember Ruto mentioning something about not being able to marry Link since she's the Water Sage, so maybe that's it. =P I don't really think Zelda cares for Link a whole lot, mainly because of little interaction. Although, I firmly respect your opinion~ x3
@WonderPikachu12 If you really want to know why I think she remembers, Zelda has prophetic powers (among others) and is destined to be the leader of the sages, and since she, as a sage, can send Link back in time using the Ocarina of Time, I strongly believe that she isn't like everybody else who can easily forget what Link has done. Even MM (and WW) implies that the Royal Family of Hyrule holds Link's heroic deeds in memory.

MM, to me, gives further proof that Zelda remembers when she states that she will never forget the time she and Link spent together...CONT...

Not to mention one Gossip stone mentions that Malon wants a knight to sweep her off her feet (which actually happens in the Ocarina of Time manga) and that Talon jokes that Link should probably marry Malon. However, I can definitely see now that there is quite a bit of Zelink in the game... XD

If you spent the entire game without bonding with Epona (or Malon and Talon for that matter) and getting her as an adult, you would still get Epona in MM. But even if you would to count Malon and Link's every encounter, there's only like 4 encounters (not counting the ones that you may want to talk with her): their first meeting, learning Epona's song from her, talking with her as an adult before getting Epona, then...CONT.

Plus, it's kind of speculated that every Link doesn't have to be descended from any previous Link hero. If you count Romani and Link's interaction in MM, oh yeah, she is definitely interested in him. But I think it's obvious that Link holds Zelda in his heart since the Ocarina of Time is memories of Zelda to him. Clicking on the OoT in MM...CONT.

@madkirbys is possibly interested in both Malon and Zelda the same amount, so it's kind of a tie between two girls for him. :P I just prefer Malink because it's more plausible than the typical knight/princess couple, and Zelda is a sage (not directly stated what she is the sage of, but it's hinted she's the Sage of Time given she sends Link back in time with the Ocarina of Time and the Temple of Time is near Hyrule Castle), and Ruto says that she (Ruto) cannot be with Link since she is a sage.

I don't think Link's "feelings" for Epona can possibly be used to imply his feelings for Malon, but those are our two own opinions. xD Like I said, he doesn't hold memories of Malon, but of Zelda. As for the moment when Zelda and Link are escaping from Ganon's Castle, Zelda speaks to him and Link fights two Stalfos to free her from her fiery prison. They both work together to flee. @DoctorRoblox They CAN be together. They aren't siblings. Demise specifically says 'those with the blood of the goddess and the SPIRIT of the hero will be cursed'. Therefore, Zelda is always from the same royal bloodline, while Link is always from a different bloodline.

Malon. Malon is the one that gives Link Epona, for starters, who goes on to becoming Link's horse in two other games: Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess. In OoT, Zelink is impossible because Zelda is a sage, and Ruto said that Sages cannot marry (by that, I think it's more along the lines of they cannot have relationships), meaning there's no possibility of Link and Zelda being together. Malon, on the other hand, isn't a sage, and shows more care for Link while Zelda sees him more as a soldier.

@WonderPikachu12 Ruto didn't specifically say that sages cannot marry (according to the English version of OoT, I'm not sure about the original Japanese version). She stated that she doesn't think she can offer Link her love since she has to guard the Water Temple. While Malon isn't a major character and I don't see Link caring for her (I do agree with you that Malon cares for Link, though not as much as Zelda does, in my opinion), I understand why and how you feel about this situation lol. =)

ZELDA. let me explain why. in the game, malon is basically a cute farm girl who gives link a horse. she flirts with him and all, but link doesn't seem to care. though he does seem to care for zelda. he almost died 50 times just to her. when he was about to battle ganondorf, and he saw zelda in the rupee, he looked super concerned. and at the end, he didn't look so happy to say goodbye to her. and zelda was hurt to say goodbye, too. ZELINK!!

I think she's far less strict than zelda, more open and easy going. Also living on a ranch fits link far more wiht teh wildlife.

They were only more focused on the task at hand: saving Hyrule from Zelda. At the end of OoT, the sages were able to return to their lives. @Pippland Malon was just a side character, and Link never show any feelings of attraction to her. He was just saving Talon's farm and Malon, because you, as Link, can choose to get Epona to make the quest easier thru Hyrule Field. And if Link hasn't gone after the three stones, there wouldn't be an OoT story line at all. It was Navi who convinces him to pick up the Master Sword. There was not much evidence pointing to Malink. Link didn't go to Malon at the ending; he chooses to see Zelda.

Occasionally I like both Zelink and Malink and, in fanfiction writing, I leave subtle hints to either pair. I agree that there wasn't much interaction between Link and Malon. Malon fans remember that question when Talon asks young Link when Link first wins the Cucco(?) game; Talon asks Link if he would like to marry Malon, and you, as the player, can either pick yes or no. Yeah, this video's not biased at all. But you've got to remember that almost every game has a different Link. It's not likely for all of them to end up with the Princess Zelda of his time.
If we're talking Ocarina of Time Link, their relationship is purely business. Every time they meet, they only talk about their plans to dispose of Ganon, and then when Ganon's gone, she's like "Well, he's gone now, let's have that Ocarina, you've got seven years to live *Sends Link back in time* He's gone =D"

Malon, on the other hand, Link has no reason to visit Malon at the ranch aside from because he wants to, and pretty much every walk-through of Ocarina of Time has Lon Lon Ranch be the first place Link goes when he wakes up from his seven-year slumber.
So despite ZeLink's popularity, all signs point to MaLink.

Hmm, really? Actually, as the player, you can decide wherever you chose to go first. Link is supposed to go to Kakariko Village first when he wakes up; we get the choice of getting Epona first or after we get the Hookshot. NO signs at all point to MaLink, but of course, I can't change your opinion, only argue about it. True, every game may have a different Zelda and Link, but we like the classical story of the princessxhero, so we still see the romance between them in nearly every game.Good day!

I never said the plot demanded Lon Lon Ranch first. As I said, Malon has no relevance to the plot beyond giving Link the egg to wake up Talon. Link's only reason for talking to Malon is a desire for her company, and since he rides Epona on the title screen, it's clear he does desire it in canon.
I always saw the heroxprincess type relationship as bad writing. It gets even worse when the hero and princess only meet three times and have next to nothing in common on a personal level.

Really? Malon isn't the only person Link can talk to in the game; there are so many characters that Link could've talk to just to hear what they have to say. Plus, most of them, including Malon, gives the player hints about where to go next or what to look out for. And as for riding Epona on the title screen, I didn't see any other person besides Link and Epona the horse, and I just consider it as nothing more than a hero riding his horse out in Hyrule Field. But I never thought it was like what you said, and I still don't. =) It's your opinion if you think the heroxprincess relationship is bad writing, but I'm glad so many others share my opinion that it's romance in some situations! Link and Zelda (Sheik) meet each other more than 3 times in OoT, and at the end, it's Zelda Link goes to see; not Malon, not Saria, or even Navi. Thanks for sharing your thoughts; have a nice day!^_^

Thank you for missing the point. As I said, Malon has no relevance to the plot beyond giving Link the egg. She doesn't give Link any hints on what to do, she doesn't trigger any plot points. Link is never obligated to see her after sneaking through Hyrule castle. If he talks to her, it's because he wants to talk to her. She's the only one of his love interests you could say that about. And about riding Epona, remember what Link has to do to before Epona even lets him get close?

He has to talk to Malon three times at the ranch (and remember, he's under no obligation to do so in order to complete his quest. He doesn't know this will eventually give him a horse, all he knows is that he wants to talk to Malon.), during which she is nothing but friendly with him, and then learn Epona's song from her. At this point, Epona "grows fond" of Link, most likely seeing that her master trusts him, and that he is safe. And once again, this is all entirely optional. No in-game dialog-

Tells him to do this, the player can complete the game without even knowing how to get the horse. However, Epona's presence on the title screen locks these events (And thus, Link and Malon's friendship) in as canon.

And no, Link and Zelda only actually meet three times. I don't really count most of the Sheik moments, since they're just "Sheik pops in, reads some poetry, plays a warp song and disappears", and even on the one occasion where Sheik and Link actually do interact, there's still nothing affectionate or even personal about those interactions. It's a strictly business relationship.

@meowpower08 No, but have he found Navi yet? No. Do you think he's running home just because he has finished his quest to save Termina? It was a reason why Link left Zelda, if he had loved her he would have stayed. Navi means more to him, she has helped him with his adventure and been a good friend comparing to some farm girl, a good friend (which is a sage now) and some princess that gave him light arrows and the ocarina and asked for help. >.<

I also remember Link having a flashback about Zelda, who believes in her heart that they will meet again. And I believe her. And Link always think of her whenever he plays the Song of Time in Majora's Mask. As for Navi or that Epona, no, I don't share your opinion that Link loves them more than Zelda. It clearly states that Link is looking for a beloved and invaluable friend, and I believe that Link is attached to Navi because she, other than Zelda, has been through almost everything with him since his legend begins in OoT. @FaustSketcher Uh, I did, and it so happens to be one of my favorite Zelda games, not because it is totally about Navi, but because of the friendships and characters and one brief moment between Link and Zelda in it. At the end of OoT, Zelda sends Link back in time to his childhood so that he can regains it back and live it again, for she feels guilty that he had to sacrifice his childhood to help her out. Yes, he did go on a journey to find Navi in MM, but he still thinks of Zelda.

@madkirbys He didn't go see Navi because she left him and disappeared. However, he searches for her after seeing Zelda, which leads to the events of Majora's Mask.
He went to go see Zelda to warn her of Ganondorf's plot to rule over Hyrule, thus getting him thrown into the Twilight Realm and leading to the events of Twilight Princess.

@WonderPikachu12 ....may have different opinions on that ending. I have my own reasons why I strongly believe Zelda remembers. Due to the ambiguity of The Legend of Zelda series, I would say that only Nintendo knows the correct answers, and they purposely left it up to us to decide for ourselves lol.
But your reason about OoT's ending leading to the events of TP makes sense. I may not agree with it 100%, but thumbs up to you for giving me more thoughts of the mystery of TLoZ. :)

@madkirbys How would Zelda remember? It's Link that travels back and forth through time, not Zelda. The only way Zelda would be able to remember something that happened in the future is if she traveled through time with Link.
Well, I swear I remember Ruto mentioning something about not being able to marry Link since she's the Water Sage, so maybe that's it. =P I don't really think Zelda cares for Link a whole lot, mainly because of little interaction. Although, I firmly respect your opinion~ x3

@WonderPikachu12 If you really want to know why I think she remembers, Zelda has prophetic powers (among others) and is destined to be the leader of the sages, and since she, as a sage, can send Link back in time using the Ocarina of Time, I strongly believe that she isn't like everybody else who can easily forget what Link has done. Even MM (and WW) implies that the Royal Family of Hyrule holds Link's heroic deeds in memory.
When they first meet each other, Zelda doesn't truly know...CONT.

To ME, her shocked reaction to seeing him at the end of OoT isn't because she has forgotten about him, but because she's surprised he chose to see her. The ending of OoT spoke volumes about their relationship to me, but it makes sense about what you have said. MM, to me, gives further proof that Zelda remembers when she states that she will never forget the time she and Link spent together...CONT...

@WonderPikachu12 ...in Hyrule. As somebody already pointed out to me, she could be referring to the time they spent together AFTER he meets up with her again and informed her about Ganondorf, but I think that it was logical for me to come up with my conclusion. ;)
If you think that there's limited interaction between Link and Zelda, I say that there's even more of limited interaction between Malon and Link lol. Sorry, Link and Zelda interact with each other more since Zelda's crucial...CONT.

Let's see, as Sheik, there were a few moments in which she and Link stare at each other in silence after Link learns of a warp song (she especially stares at him after the Water Temple before vanishing quitely). Even Ruto acknowledges that Link's looking for Zelda. Shigeru Miyamoto even stated in an...CONT.

And Eiji Aonuma stated that Link was extremely concerned about Zelda when he first woke up from his seven-year slumber. Adult Link smiles as he turns towards Adult Zelda after they believe that Ganondorf is finally destroyed. And when they heard the rumbling noise, Link puts a protective arm in front of her. Zelda yells out in distress every time Link takes a hit from Ganon. And she...CONT.

@madkirbys ...IS more interactions between Link and Malon. In fact, of the two, Link and Malon met first before Link met Zelda, and you HAVE to meet Malon first in order to get into Hyrule Castle. Not to mention one Gossip stone mentions that Malon wants a knight to sweep her off her feet (which actually happens in the Ocarina of Time manga) and that Talon jokes that Link should probably marry Malon. However, I can definitely see now that there is quite a bit of Zelink in the game... XD

If you spent the entire game without bonding with Epona (or Malon and Talon for that matter) and getting her as an adult, you would still get Epona in MM. But even if you would to count Malon and Link's every encounter, there's only like 4 encounters (not counting the ones that you may want to talk with her): their first meeting, learning Epona's song from her, talking with her as an adult before getting Epona, then...CONT.

Whereas for Zelda, if you don't count the time of Link seeing her in the dream, they meet for the first real time, Link sees her again escaping from Hyrule Castle after getting the Zora's Sapphire, Adult Link finally finds out who Sheik really is (not to mention the following cut-scenes that follows Zelda's revelation), he sees her briefly in before confronting Ganondorf in his castle, they run from...CONT.

@WonderPikachu12 ...Ganon's castle, they smile at each other after the destruction of his castle, they share a moment with each other in the sky, and finally, Link chooses to meet up with her again at the end. Phew, I lost count of how many encounters is that. But if you really want to count the practicality of their encounters, it'd be about 5, not counting Link's dream. Even going by the minutes of cut-scenes, Link and Zelda would still get the most time to interact with each...CONT.

I have the OoT manga, so I know the scene of which you were talking about. Yep, he does sweep her off her feet, but she didn't believe in him at first (which lowers Manga Malon's character in my eyes; geez, don't believe in your fantasy boy, experience for yourself who's for you). And of course, there were more signs of Link's attraction to Zelda even in the manga. I don't want to go into it right now, since if know the manga, you probably have read about it. Plus, it would make my comments even longer. I know people use proof that TP Link is a farmhand because OoT Link and Malon marry, but I'm sure I hear Nintendo explained that that isn't the...CONT.

@WonderPikachu12 ...the necessary explanation. They happened to start out TP Link as a farmhand (but I would have to find proof of that "interview.") Plus, it's kind of speculated that every Link doesn't have to be descended from any previous Link hero. If you count Romani and Link's interaction in MM, oh yeah, she is definitely interested in him. But I think it's obvious that Link holds Zelda in his heart since the Ocarina of Time is memories of Zelda to him. Clicking on the OoT in MM...CONT.

XD Okay, I can see that the Ocarina of Time in MM can be used as his affections to Zelda, but with the lack of explanation of how he gets Epona, the same can be used with Epona for his affections to Malon, as Link clearly freaks out when Skull Kid mentions that he got rid of her. I also actually don't count her escaping from Ganondorf on her horse or seeing her right before he confronts Ganondorf as interactions, because...they aren't interacting! XD Really, I think Link...

@madkirbys is possibly interested in both Malon and Zelda the same amount, so it's kind of a tie between two girls for him. :P I just prefer Malink because it's more plausible than the typical knight/princess couple, and Zelda is a sage (not directly stated what she is the sage of, but it's hinted she's the Sage of Time given she sends Link back in time with the Ocarina of Time and the Temple of Time is near Hyrule Castle), and Ruto says that she (Ruto) cannot be with Link since she is a sage.

I don't think Link's "feelings" for Epona can possibly be used to imply his feelings for Malon, but those are our two own opinions. xD Like I said, he doesn't hold memories of Malon, but of Zelda. As for the moment when Zelda and Link are escaping from Ganon's Castle, Zelda speaks to him and Link fights two Stalfos to free her from her fiery prison. They both work together to flee. @madkirbys ...her in the game. :P While there are many possibilities of Zelda and Link being in love in OoT, I personally think it's all canceled out by Zelda being a sage. :P He also doesn't show that he holds memories of Malon in MM, but gameplay wise memories of Zelda are only shown for him to learn the Song of Time, and Cremia (or whatever her name is, idk) teaches him Epona's Song before he can even get to Epona. XD I actually honestly don't see how one can pull Link's emotions for...
