You people are all gullible. I AM a butcher. Mincers cost $15k each. Do you think we'd be able to afford a machine in butcher shops for each animal like bandsaw, saus filler etc? Cross contamination is our biggest concern so we try to be carefull or we won't have a job. As for pumping cuts with water, heard of corned beef? Ham etc? It adds about 30% weight.

Just imagine someone telling you that they wanted to put beef and pork into their chicken. . .You wouldn't believe it happens until you see something like this. They make it so hard not to eat pork that we're going to have to start growing everything we eat soon. I bought a can of Glory black eye peas one day and had to throw them away because it had pork fat in it lol and jiffy corn bread do too. Thats crazy!
