you know what they did to me?????? my boyfriend wrote a check in my name ( stole from me ) for 222$ I bitched his ass out and called verizon telling them I didn't give him the okay to give them my routing number. They didn't even attempt to try and give me my money back. They tried THREE FUCKING TIMES to take 222$ out of my account and each time my bank charged me a 35 dollar fee for not having enough money to cover $222. SOOOOO what I did was closed my bank account and made a new one.

I actually used to work selling verizon fios and other verizon products. And I cant tell you how often I had heard this and attempted justifying them. Telling the customers everything I was told to say. So I called them myself with a common complaint I would get from other customers. And I got this... a run around, transferred here and there, and put on hold. I was actually on hold for 2 and a half hours, before they hung up on me. I called right back, and they didnt "remember" me. of course.

Hi, Verizon is also causing me a lot of problems. They lie. They overcharge me. They offered me a 122/month deal, then over charge me and told me they gave me the wrong quote after I entered into a contract with them. I have the receipt right in front of me, and yet they're saying they need to "investigate." What on earth do they need to investigate? There's a contract. What's the most effective way to make Verizon realize that it doesn't pay to lie? Can someone share something here?

Outsourcing calls to India and the Philippines was one of the stupidest fucking things Verizon ever did. This man, Robert Lee Taylor has done his homework well. I sitched back to cable cuz I went through alot of issues with verizon.I remember the operator saying the same thing" can I put you on hold for 2 minutes" and I was on hold for 20 minutes with music that almost put me to sleep,lol! With cable,I get the support the way it should be.
