Yes, Trevor Rabin is his name. He also wrote the soundtrack for Speed and a few other movies.

Trevor Rabin didn't actually compose any music for the Speed soundtrack, he did collaborate with Mark Mancina who did compose the Speed soundtrack, on the soundtrack to Con Air.

Hello. I agree with you. Trevor Rabin is so talented. Have you ever heard his soundtrack from the movie Flyboys? It is the most incredible and emotional soundtrack that I have heard. What a talented composer.
