On that dumb l2j server Skills from archers/gladis/tyrants were overpowered..

Even unbuffed 99% skill crit chance... and the power was like 5x higher than the normal dmg of the skill.. thats why Gladis/tyrants/archers were 1 shooting 99% of their enemys
