@10Andjela a shitload of practise, dont use a public server and remember sv_stepsize 210 for getting out of jail. its all about being smooth and the right angle which you get in time (hopefully)

I dunno if you mentioned it or not cuz my sound isn't working, but often people forget to say that you can turn in mid air by using A and holding right click then dragging the mouse left to turn left, and D and holding right click then moving right to turn right. Good tut!

nope^^ first u have to type into the box where u have typed the command to open console every game (controlpanel -> My games -> counterstrike: Source -> right click on it -> propertys -> Set launch options) -tickrate 66 (or 100, thats easyer for surfnewbs)

then u have to type ingame in the console sv_airaccelerate 150 (higher is easyer, but tick 66 and airacc. 150 is usual)

its no problem man, this is a tutorial video so this is expected...

strafing is best explained outside of surfing, to strafe in counterstrike you hit a or d. this moves your person to the left or right without the person actually facing that direction.

In surfing you want to use a and d to strafe (move left/right without facing that direction) while still facing down the slope.

gmod92 you must type in your consol sv_airaccelerate 100 (on local server is default: 10 or you change this in your server.cfg) If this won't work try to install a dedicated server and type in this consol sv_airaccelerate 100 and than connect to your server via css or cs 1.6

You teached wrong that you can't move much when you're surfing. You really can move really much depends on the airaccelerate. In the air you move the same as in the ramps. A to the left and D to the right. Air-strafing.
