I used this camera for this and the next video with the arms resting on my ears and the following day raised about an inch over my ears or to the edge of my hat . I found that I'm going to have to think the shot and raise and lower the glasses as needed . As far as being hands free , you need both hands to move the glasses because they fit so firmly . The glasses that I have came with no charger so I'm useing a power inverter in my van with the USB cord provided . Over all they're not bad .
