If a customer claims they did not receive an item--even if you can provide a delievry confirmation number showing that it had been delievered--Amazon will pay the claim at your expense. I still have not been paid for sales made from the December period, which amounts to over $1,300.

See that little text in the top right corner of the screen, just above the wish list drop down menu? Yeah, that's called the HELP section. Pretty sure you can find everything you need there. I worked at Amazon for 3.5 years and it was the highlight of my life. They do some things that are wrong and slow [they should be publishing their own branded books, for instance] but overall what Jeff says here is absolutely right. One time I bought boots from Zappos. I tried them on and one got stuck, so I had to cut it off my leg. I decided to call customer service before doing it and they said, "No problem!
