It's a jazzy little tune called "5th Avenue Stroll".
I got it from FreePlayMusic when I was looking for a signature song to play in the background of these videos, and I thought that one would be perfect.
Well... depending on the condition and everything, it fetch a pretty hefty bargain... I got just the buildings off eBay for a decent price (I forget how much, but I believe it was just a little over $50), and got the accessories separetly over the years, I just never can seem to get my hands on the little people.
I like how Steve is so mischievous.

That was pretty cool. I liked how Steve said the name, "Mr. Looper." And I also like windmills and things from the Netherlands a lot too. :)

Lol, Mr. Hooper was before Steve's (and my) time I'm afraid.
STEVE: Ah, well then, allow me to sell you this decorative windmill... *Blades fall off* I mean chunky wooden lighthouse!

JOSEPH: Sorry, that was me.
STEVE: I'm sorry that wasn't ME.
JOSEPH: Don't get cocky now.
STEVE: (Sweetly) Oh, Joseph, Joseph, Joseph...
JOSEPH: (Exasperated) Oh Steve, Steve, Steve...

I love puppetry! Steve is a local celebrity and no wonder. Jim Henson was obviously a big influence. Love Steve!

Yes, he certainly was; if it wasn't such a sin to have idols, then he'd definitely be mine!
