Your right about that. The badge looks like it came from a 2.5PI, the roll bar is an addition, the wheels are not original and there seems to be somthing odd about the hood...
"Rare" isn't really the right word. Triumph never (as far as I know) made a 2500 Vitesse. This seems to be a Vitese with a 2500/TR engine in it and an Innsbruck badge on the back.
