I don't see any wind. It looks like an oxy-cetelene setup smoking. You can see the small flame at the tip of the elongated torch. Pretty good simulation though.
also, if it was a oxy-cetelene smoke then it would simply spiral away one it got to the top, but in this case, its sticks to the body, which means wind is carrying it
I think it's all perspective. I bet that's a 50' trailer, it just looks small. Why would they test the truck with a short trailer anyhow? That doesnt make sense...
