FOUND A NEW GLITCH!

i'm new to GTA4 i was on with my mates on private party mode and a Rockstar north guy joined an administrator and my friends award me of this so i went up to him and got in his chopper he flew me into a helicopter and somehow went though the empire state building flying underneith the map he also took me walking underwater and shown me mini glitchs how do record my games cause then i could spread this there for the out of map glitch in the chopper is new.
