@hemanshera777 I do believe it is Vincent Pastore. I've read that the audio clip is a snippet from a recording session for the film A Bronx Tale discussing the character Gigi the Whale. Seems Dreamwork's animators got bored and/or did some animation testing.
@hemanshera777 I think this was originally a character you saw at the beginning of an earlier version who threatened to Lino to reveal Lenny's big secret. I think that's the scene they're discussing here.
