ok, well that picture was taken at one of the "San Quentin" Conserts. And the papparazzi was all over the place with cameras and microphones and stuff like that. And when the show was suppose to begin, the stage was filled with media people. So Johnny cash wanted some room to do his songs and such, so he simply gave them the finger to tell them to Fu.. off!
