UGA made it more competitive to get into to "up" its image as if its on same academic plane as UNC or UVA, etc., plus to keep the dropout rate down with more serious students. But, the reality is, UGA is not that hard a school. UGA does have a good law, pre-med, and business program, but other than that, it's not really that competitive a place. I graduated from Tech, and my brother UGA. He was pre-med there and said that overall, UGA is not that hard.

I think you should know that it's not a rule that you HAVE to know someone or be related to someone that goes/went to the school to be an official fan. OR THERE WOULD BE LITTLE OR NO FANS IN PROFESSIONAL SPORTS obviously. As a child or young adult you choose whom you want to route for and you build a passion for that team.

Not much DIFFERENCE academically? (Which by the way you misspelled..) You can't be serious. Tech is ranked FOURTH in the country in engineering schools with MIT Stanford and Cal-Berkeley. Is UGA top 10 in ANYTHING academically? LOL. Just because UGA "upped" their standards to get in doesn't put it in the same echelon anywhere NEAR Tech. UGA did that to help reduce the dropout rate by less serious students, furthermore to try and improve its academic image equal to a UNC or UVA, which UGA is NOT.

UGA made it more competitive to get into to "up" its image as if its on same academic plane as UNC or UVA, etc., plus to keep the dropout rate down with more serious students. But, the reality is, UGA is not that hard a school. UGA does have a good law, pre-med, and business program, but other than that, it's not really that competitive a place. I graduated from Tech, and my brother UGA. He was pre-med there and said that overall, UGA is not that hard.

The subject at hand is that you try to impugn Ga Tech and people who went there. Also, despite UGA's successes on the field, Tech is a better school. Period. It's not about bringing others down, I'm simply stating my wife is a hottie. Now then, get back to your X-Box, and think about getting a life. I don't "need" to feel good by bringing others down. I have a very good career Tech paved that pathway.

this was my first trip to bobby dood stadium and i had a blast.i loved how it looked like over half the stadium was red and black.good rivalry too-even after we smoked tech they were still singing rocky top making fun of us about that loss. but i will definetly be back to snaford jr. we own that place.go dawgs!
