many thanks for the video sir....i just performed this while watching this vid, and i gotta say, my elbow feels sooo free and relaxed right now...i had banged them up doing heavy gymnastic static holds and i can feel an instant 20-30% improvement right now, after doing just one set each.....may God bless you, thank u very much!
@ZhulienDI Hard to say without an assessment. I use these for people healing from tissue injury or recovering from surgery once they are cleared as safe for active range of motion. At that point I'll typically ask that they do them 2-3 times per day but that varies based on tolerance. Thanks for the interest.
@ForwardMotionPT I'm trying to cure one pretty annoying feeling in my inner part of the elbow(where the triceps and the elbow meet each other). It occurs when pushing under resistance(while extending at the elbow) and sometimes in bending/extending the arm. It's not exactly pain, it's some inner clicking feeling which kinda hurts me physically and mentally. And it tortures me for about 3 months now! I hope this routine will help me and thanks for your kindness. Appreciate it! :)
@JohnnyVegaz007 search wrist routine, 3rd one down I believe by ivanovjet. Much more applicable to boxing as it's done under load. This is damn good stuff aswell
thanks for posting it, really :)
