This is Garmin GPS app, not to be confused with OVI Maps.

But personally I think OVI Maps is way better, especially new version.

Are u using A-GPS or Integrated GPS in your positioning settings? Mine will not work unless I used A-Gps

I USED MY NOKIA E71 IN NEW YORK CITY LAST MONTH AND IT WORKED WELL, EVEN BETTER THAN IN SAO PAULO, BRAZIL. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IT TAKES A LONG TIME, ABOUT 5 MINUTES, TO FIND ITS POSITION.

DOES NOKIA 5800 TAKE THE SAME TIME TO FIND THE POSITION?

@luizbiazoto yes, if you use an Integrated GPS it takes a bit longer to find a position.

@jlcame1994 It's Garmin Mobile XT. It can be installed in XpressMusic as well. If you want I could give instructions on how to get it and install it for free. I'm using it, and it works perfectly on my phone.

You can go to satellite mode when it does not use internet BUT its bit slower than w/ A-GPS (which uses internet connection) so i suggest you go to offline / satellite mode when navigating in some other country than you live, because there is usually huge charges for data if you dont have some special telephone subscription, kthxbye.

It's only free on some phones. Ovi maps isn't free on my nokia n85- after about 10 seconds of "drive-to", it says my license has expired.

No, they are NOT all Navigation Editions.

The original 5800XM is not a NE.

NE is only available in some places, many providers don't have it.
