There is a major difference. For example, my girlfriend and I both practice martial arts. But she only sees it as a good way to keep in shape and relay. While for me it´s a way to deal with and suppress inner emotions. This prolly goes for most people I´ve seen training in dojos all over the country.

However i do think there is the exception & that's when somebodys spirit is broken. When someone's spirit has completely been broken, there's no inner rage to channel because nothings there, it's like just a cloud. 4instense take rape. Somebody gets raped a few times, i think something like that would cause an inner rage that stays with some1. However if that same person gets raped non stop for 3 months. Most likely their spirit would be broken & that inner rage would be completely extinguished.
