  • @52772 King Arthur 2004

  • Men and women are equal. There no supreme gender.

There were many women who were great leaders.

There is no better from men, better from women, but unfortunately we do not understand that. Men and Women should be equal in every aspect in life.

  • I find rather interesting and amusing how two people can argue on a YouTube video over wether women in the dark ages and medieval ages in certain society's (Britannia, celts, Germania, Mongolia to name a few who did have female soldiers that acted as auxiliary troops) fought along side the men this is true if you read in the brackets. Historical evidence from the battle of The Plains Of Goliath (Mongolia vs Mamluks) is very true the women came from the looting hauls and slave caravans in the ar

  • whats the name of this movie?

  • Ahh Amo esa Pelicula

Me encantan las historias Arturianas *___*

    Excelente video :D

  • long live the Picts!!!

  • Whats Movie Names

  • MAN KIRA is lovely

  • most beautiful woman in the world, venus reborn...

  • What is the name of the movie??

  • She is Hot! Love her in this role! Should've gotten more attention from the critics! So should the movie itself!

  • What movie are the pictures from??

  • @VampireQueen33 King Arthur

  • from wich movie is this?

  • je crois qu'on dit Guenievre ^^^^

  • what are the pictures from?

  • I would run to if I were a man!

  • she has not even a hint of any kind of breasts

  • the song goes well to this video

I always get the shivers when i hear this women sing..such a beautiful voice

  • There is a major difference. For example, my girlfriend and I both practice martial arts. But she only sees it as a good way to keep in shape and relay. While for me it´s a way to deal with and suppress inner emotions. This prolly goes for most people I´ve seen training in dojos all over the country.

Men just have some kind of inner rage.

  • It's called testosterone. We are all driven by hormones. And yes women can fight especially to protect the ones they love.

  • @cb2000a Yes its an emotion that cannot be felt unless your with the right person! Pure energy.

  • @Naraku1987 I disagree, I think your making a gender assumption based on the way you feel. And you don't know the inner thoughts of your girlfriend unless you can read minds lol. There are definitely many women who have an inner rage that they get from somewhere. I think perhaps it comes from certain things that they have encountered in there lives. Same thing goes for men i believe. I think Inner rage usually comes from one drawing on a past experience or experiences where they've been hurt...

  • emotionally. And this happens with all of us. I think the less one has had very hurtful things happen to them in which they experience these types of emotions, the less one can draw on or develop this inner rage that can develop in all of us from the right circumstances. I don't believe in this inner rage passed on from ancestors baloney lol. As there are Billions & Billions of Historical accounts of Sons who don't inherit the qualities of their Father etc. Strong minded Kings followed by Sons

  • with weak minded qualities etc usually cause they were coddled & spoiled & not subject 2 earth shattering or life changing experiences. I think it has more to do with the experiences 1goes through in their life. Like with what your talking about. When ur not thinking of painful experiences, it is just a work out. Many people who have been hurt., would all of a sudden channel those experiences & feelings either consciously, or sub-consciously when doing something like u mentioned (martial arts).

  • However i do think there is the exception & that's when somebodys spirit is broken. When someone's spirit has completely been broken, there's no inner rage to channel because nothings there, it's like just a cloud. 4instense take rape. Somebody gets raped a few times, i think something like that would cause an inner rage that stays with some1. However if that same person gets raped non stop for 3 months. Most likely their spirit would be broken & that inner rage would be completely extinguished.

  • @WhatTheHell741 you have to find an inbetween area you see something happen to someone and it happened to you you want to fight for justice or save people. were here to learn and love in this world be we have to exsperience pain to know what it feels like to help each other.

  • @WhatTheHell741 yes some people internalize but pushed just right the rage can come out and sometimes the rage can be to change things or fighting or crying histarically.

  • @Naraku1987 watching the difference bettween boys and girls boys tend to act out girls tend to internalize more but not in all cases but the majority there are boys who internalize and women who can fight.

  • What is this song called?

  • Humans are a warrior race. Woman as well as men can fight, but it has always been known for woman to soothe the guy the guy is the fighter in this world and usually the one with the most rage without woman men would kill eachother untill were extinct. woman cool our rage that burns within and it is true woman are warriors themselves. they can fight on par with men but its not always that way not all woman can but its not uncommon.

  • my ancestors were warriors and there rage was passed down for many many years. the only thing that can calm my rage is a woman's voice and touch. therefore in my opinion they are far stronger than us men, not in strength but in the aspect that they are able to soothe the beast. I am a man. but my life would be far different without a womans touch in it. . i was born in the wrong age, ive always been told that and i feel that way as well.

  • @ncrisp01

    Ice Queen, by Within Temptation

  • Just look (and listen) to Bors:(shouting)"I´m just saying what you´re all thinking"(whining)"Vanora will kill me"!

But I guess Christianity showed us how to live(voice dripping with sarcazm)!

  • 0:45 It was actually the women who led celtic society and many times even led the men into war!

0:47 I almost feel sorry for that saxon bastard getting practically torn to bloody shreds by REAL women!

  • Adendum:0:47 from his point of view "women are weak" I guess he has learned his lesson! To bad there are so many creeps out there who could learn this lesson as well!

  • MORE PROBLEMS?!is it wrong for us to have a say in the matter ? what is love and unity when the man can order his wife around like she's a dog. THAT'S NOT LOVE!! Yes we can't make sperm and you can't carry a baby but has that ANYTHING to do with this? there are differences in our bodies, there shouldn't be in the way we treat eachother.I'll tell you this. I will NEVER ever bow to a man.submissive and receptive? so we should just accept getting used like we're toys? NO! stupid narrowminded fuck.

  • @FrigidSnow i agree

  • we're not warriors? Try carrying a child and squeezing it out. p.s Did you know that female babies tend to survive complications better when they r born because they are fighters? I bet you are a weak minded fool that can't do anything by himself and therfor demands others >women should do it for you. Sir, if I ever meet you I'll punch some sense into you.

  • @FrigidSnow There they go again bitching about child birth. Look lady sorry my body wasn't designed that way. Quite frankly you broods can have it. You sure seem to bitch about it enough. But don't bitch to us bitch to God or evolution, which ever way you lean.

  • trust no man.. if ther is a woman involved.

  • wow !! The Celts...

I am one and very proud of the fact !

  • Hey XxDregonxX.

In some cases you are definetely right.

This is the way of history - and men are the ones who probably started hunting - thats what their bodies are better for.

But in very old times the women were hunting as well (before the iceages).

Yes, men bacame leaders, as the women started to depend on them.

And as for doctors - women had always been "doctors" (healers) in old times.

Just later on men forbid them to study.

Women can be mother and lawyers, thats not causing any problems.

  • I was a beast before a woman came in my life...& Now am called a MAN !!

  • Both my mother and aunt as well as my grandmother used to say that a boy will only become a man when a woman "tames" his boyish nature!

How women grow up I have no f&%¤#ing idea!?!

But then again I am just a boy/beast!

  • Masculine and feminine are very vague terms. What is considered male and female or even sex differs from culture to culture. There is not such thing as a given norm of gender role. Whoever spouts that is a git.

The Celts practiced a system where both genders could rule. Both went to war. Women were honored for their right to give life and even though there were powerful male gods, the Creator Goddess reigned supreme. It was a Ambilineal system that acknowledge the greatness of both sexes.

  • someone's been studying their anthroplogy! lol! ;) (I'd know because I've taken many anthropology courses)

  • That and I did a massive cram reading period about Celtic culture.

  • @DarkenVise thats cool

  • @DarkenVise You are right for the most part. Women did not go to war to fight with their men. Women without children would in numbers follow their army as it advanced to slaughter enemy wounded. (Battlefield witches) was the nick name in later years. But in reality there were very few Zena types in history. Hollywood scripts can distort history all it likes but in fact women back then had the smarts to stay as far away from the fighting as possible.

  • @MegaWolfgang Actually there are stories of invading Germanic tribes having their woman turn on the men when the retreated. Not to mention the infamous Warrior Women of the Kingdom of Dahomey. The Xena type is is a Hollywood creation but women who fought were not non-existent. There are plenty of stories in Celtic Legend of warrior women. Cu Chulainn was taught by a wise woman warrior. Gender roles are social constructs that different in each society. That being my point from 1 year ago.

  • @DarkenVise There are also stories in Celtic Legend of trees coming alive to devour invaders. Does not mean they are true. Amazons were Greek mythology, like medusa and the cyclops. They never existed.

  • @MegaWolfgang That's besides the point, there were women who fought in war and recent evidence points to women who fought in the Sauromatian or Scythian tribes. There are also tribes in the congo where women are the hunters and men are the nurturers, the point is that common ideals of what is feminine and or masculine is a social construct. Its not a universal.

  • @DarkenVise My point is in your original post. In Celtic culture both men and women marched to war. My point is that you are wrong about Celts. Women only picked up the sword as as last resort to defend themselves after their men had lost a battle. Or to kill and rob wounded left on the field. They were not organised as units to attack say a Roman legion. Also you stated that the Mongols had women in organized military units. That is not so.

P.S. Please name 1 of these congo tribes. I w check.

  • @MegaWolfgang Not Mongol, scythian and Sauromatian / Saurmatian look up the Ice Princess burial. The Tribe is one of the Pygmy tribes, not the mbuti. Women hunt and men take care of the children. And I never said women were organize into units, I just said they went to war. Don't insinuate a detail I never stated.

  • @MegaWolfgang Okay, that doesn't remove the fact that women played a far more active role in Celtic society and were far more equal than in other parts of europe. And it's not the Mongols, do not confuse the Sarmatians and Scythians for the Mongols. That shows a lack of knowledge.

The Pygmy tribe I reference was the Aka people, just found them.

  • Making men more feminine while making women more masculine is not the answer. That's creating sameness; not equality and it's killing sexual polarity between men and women. The feminine is attracted to masculine and vice versa. If both men and women become the same, then you hurt the sexual polarity between the genders.

  • Woman were only like that because it WAS a battle against men. WE wanted equal rights, to not be discarded just because we are woman, 'the lesser sex'. How would you feel if for years you had be down trodden by men, told your only place is in the home; to cook, clean and raise the children. That is NO life for anyone!!! In the modern day, sure woman have taken on more masculine roles, but all that is showing is that woman are just as good as men.

  • Without female compassion and idea's ,in the 'masculine' role in life. The world would be a far worse place.

  • @R8c4a3l for the most part your statement is incorrect... the celts had a more balanced system than we have today in terms of "gender roles." women could fight, lead a clan, hunt... then christianity and the romans reared their ugly heads and that was pretty much the end of that for the better part of 2000 years

  • @wintersnowolves That is correct, women could lead. Bouddica was the queen of her people and the Irish alone are littered with powerful Goddesses and fabled Queens. Most of this is because over time Roman ideals (Patriarchal) prevaded the Gauls and then Britain.

  • I'm bloody glad I'm British, if that's how the 'land of the free' is.

  • woman can do anything a man can do, and that doesn't make them any less feminine!! If you think that all woman should do is be a 'baby maker', I can promise you that you will die a lonely old sod!!

  • i want a cape ^^

  • It is said, That women hat been more valuable in anchient times all around, cause men depended on them, their ability to get children, to hold the family together and to find the food...

Its said by a lot of culture researchers and scientists that there had been matriachalic structzres back then.

But in the Ice age it changed, cause women were not able anymore to look after the family.

They depended on man hunting and bringing the food.

So, that was when men became the leaders.

    You can read it

  • added to what Andreyaza said: men figured out how to kill humans with their hunting tools, then began campaigns to take over and start a patriarchal society

  • @ BahamutsK

Kinda weird, but thats the way it went.

    Btw times are changing.

In nower times the physical strength isn't the most important part for a leadership anymore (cause women are physically weaker than men and they will always be weak).

In nower days the brain and intelligence is what is needed, and as it turned out women have the same intelligence than men.

Thats why the old structures start changing.

In old times women were said to be not able of thinking, but reality proofed they are.

  • Well spoken!

If I had lived a thousand years ago I would probably have been a berserker or something similar violant today I am someone who cant control my temper(trait passed down from my father´s side mostly)! I smash things when I loose control over my feelings(can be very expensive at least two key-boards among other things)! Though I have never attacked living creature´s!

  • Cont.

    @Alma50apple

Women CAN do anything they want to. The Amazons are more myth than man, and as it has been proven to me time and again the more agricultural a culture is the more a woman contributes to the tribe/community the more her worth, historically speaking. Again a woman CAN do anything now. But, we've developed tools enough to compensate for the physical strength difference between genders.

  • @MystSilverDragon

you just blow my mind. You'd never know the measure of a real man as you're too concerned trying to be one.

    @Scathawarrior

In "Ancient" times a woman's worth was dependent on her ability to bear children and run a household. These were and are still not easy things. Modern times are very different and different rules apply. Don't just assume that because something can be done now that it could be done then.

  • Whilst it is novel to see a educated youtuber and I'm pleased to see you're fairly open minded, in many ancient societies a woman was held as more valuble than a man because she was the not only a life giver, but also the way to reach spiritual enlightenment through orgasm. Also, ancient Egyptian women had as much power as their male counterparts. The Pharaohs chief wife was his equal in power for many pharaohs as many things could not be done by him.

  • @claoufaeng--you say: "it is novel to see an educated youtuber" yet you yourself are, in fact, educated beyond many on youtube as well!

its good to see folks who know their history, so thank you

  • great music from a great group. Goes very well with your slideshow. Favourite! Thanks for posting : >)

  • women can do anything they want to ....look at the amazons strong independent warriors....look back at certain civilisations where women fought alongside ttheir men....

  • you have right ;)

  • In ancient Gaul men and women fought alike. The Barbarian way was the sword, though in many tribes women were abused. The Celtic peoples featured one of the most equal cultures among Dark Age Europe.

  • hence why we love the Celts!

  • Let me tell you that we often performe "men stuff" better than man itself, and that you, so called "real men" often forget how to be so.

Such closed minds, when in the ancient times they knew a womans worth!!!

  • i completely agree. back in the earliest civilizations, women were hailed as goddesses!

Think about it with a smaller mind-set; women had the strange ability to bleed fervently and not die... any pre-patriarchy takeover thought process would easily define this as inhuman.

  • Let us know just as soon as a real man isa born mmk? lol thx :)

  • what a medieval rubbish....

let the men´s work do men... everybody is able to do every kind of work, anybody tellin´ something else is left in some patriarch, useless history.

i just think, some men are frightened of confident women... i like them... just let everybody do whatever he/seh wants to do...

if this is fighting, why not...

  • and men were meant to be fathers...what do you have against independent women? let us take care of our business, no need for your help dude, in which century do u live???
