We live very near here but on coast: even more spectacular! Just wish more people would read the comments about people letting you pass. This is standard for locals. But tourists are rarely so courteous, ignoring signs saying 'Use passing places to allow overtaking': very annoying to be stuck behind gawping tourists when rushing to a doctor's appointment! Many seem to think this is a theme park not a place where ordinary people need to get places. But thank you & welcome to considerate visitors.

you should try 'the loop' A831 near lochness, theres f**k all on it cos it doesnt go anywhere! did three times last year on bikes with the lads, pure quality give it a go

LOL I find it quite funny how people are so shocked at how people let you pass them.. We do this alot because if you are in a hurry ect.. and theres a big tour bus in front of you or somehting then it makes sence to let them by and give the tourists more time to enjoy the great scenery. I take my boat up a few Lochs up there and i pull up for other cars..Keeps the roads flowing Nice !

Infact ive been near there Loch More, I was in Loch Glendhu, near Kylesku and Unapool. Great Vid Buddy !

My favourite country and all the drivers are the most polite in the world on those miles and miles of single track roads. I'm not a born Scot but certainly an adopted one since achieving my ambition and retiring here.

it's amazing just how different drivers are in different parts of the world.If this road was in the small texas city that i live in; no one would pull over to let you by and most people on the opposite side of the road wouldn't pull over which means they would have to try and fit there large truck or suv by at the same time.

@koervers Nice, it does look like a very peaceful road. Is it as peaceful as its showed on the video? I'd love to go there when Im a few years older when I have my own car. It looks like a very fun road.

@koervers I usually prefer energetic songs, but here, those might not be as appropriate. We had a bus tour thru Scotland, and when we were passing near Loch Lomond, bus driver put this "Bonny bonny banks" song. It felt good.

Nice quiet road but it is the A838 to Laxford Bridge not the A883
