Having an expectation on God to the point that you need to get something from him in return is definitely not the Gospel. The Gospel is Jesus Christ Himself. The main message that he gives is money and blessings in which "taking up the cross" isn't used. In fact, he and other prosperity preachers destroyed many lives. Its horrible
