Naah. I dun think that is the "system" of driving.. cuz when I was in Vietnam that was even worse! The streets aren't like these one's. they're like dust. And it's more dangerous ._.'
I see things are still the same as when I was there driving all around Seoul and points north back in 93-94. Humvees don't fit well where those people squeeze those little cars and "one-eyed-buffalo" (2 wheeled tractor carts), motorcylcles, busses and huge Scania straight trucks altogether on the same lanes. They'd turn 4 lanes into 7 or 8 when traffic backs up. I took out my share mirrors. The worst was the pedestrians - even in the highways - saw a poor little kid get hit trying to cross RT7.
actually this video isn't from seoul, it's from jeju city, and although it's a city of about 300,000 people on an island of 500,000, most koreans from seoul consider the whole island rather backwards and rural.
I hate those intersections when the traffic is heavy. If you yield to a car the cars behind won't yield back and you're stuck until there is a gap you can get through.
its what they do i wana live there be agresive and take it when u want to and americans are like this red light........ CRAP MAN FUCKEN RED LIGHT!!! >.<
Excellent video of the type of intersections you'll find throughout Korea. They're not all like this, but I've been through many, and had a few close calls.
it's the fact that place is South Korea but, Video title is too generalized.
if there are no signals on the road, any country people do that.

D: this seems like a gigantic four-way stop with no stop signs and no right-of-way rules.
