Best way to get rid of it is to get some dish soap preferably dawn and wash the infected area a couple times throughout the day and pat dry. Then put a light layer of dish soap over it and rub it in like lotion and don't wash off. Works like a charm.

You don't need a doctor for this. Slice an onion and duck tape it to your ringworm for about 2 to 3 days and it will go away. Make sure the onion covers the areas completely, it will burn it of. I did it and it worked. You'll smell like an onion but it will go away.

i had about 4 to 5 ringworms on my arms with tiny blisters.i used the anti fung cream. but they came back shortly after they went away. i went to a local pharmacy and the pharmacist said it was in my blood it was soo bad! is that possible?

@Steph1316 Have you tried 100% Tea Tree Oil? It's cheap and works. Get it at a pharmacy or health store. Not some crock remedy, does actually work; Google it.

@launwatch I had to go to a different doctor and got anti fungal pills as well as a topical treatment. If I ever have contact with ringworm again (hopefully not) i'll keep that in mind.

Ive gotten ringworm on my face three times in about 6 week dead periods (for about 18 weeks total). I know i got it from wrestling but IDK how i have gotten it 2 additional times since the season is over. I use Tree oil and Eucalyptus oil and it works wonders as it does kill it but it comes back. I changes my pillow case after the first outbreak and then i changed all of my bed sheets. Now im bogled... IDK where this fungus is to where i get back. Any thoughts?

@ACDC31415 The fungus can burrow deep into your skin and sometimes treatment has to be maintained for up to 2 years for the fungus to eventually be gone. it's crap because i've had it for 6 months now on and off and it's EVIL!

Bleach is the Answer to Ringworm! it works alot quicker then the over the counter stuff but it stings a bit the first time or two using it

@zachskates15 well when I did it I used staight bleach on a q-tip an applied it twice a day. It burned a quite a bit but everytime it burned less an less then it was gone in a few days. I didnt want to wait a few weeks using the cream. Ive heard the bleach can leave scars but i chanced it cuz it was on my leg and it didnt scar. but if ur worried id 50/50 it.

i was told to use it once a day.. always do it before i go to bed.. im not sure but probably 2 weeks ive done this.. and it just keeps spreading :( only on my halls ive seen some of it go away.. :/ ill probably have to sit and wait a few hours to see the doctor now.. :/ im even thinking of burning my skin q: or using copper sulfate against it.. im pretty sure it wont like that hehe.. but my body neither :/

I've gotten rid of one lesion on my neck with vinegar. It's a natural disinfectant, so I recommend using it 2x a day and then putting aloe on top afterwards. It worked better for me than the OTC anti-fungal!

yeah i got ring worm from wrestling...im useing anti-fungis creamer...and its clearing up all i did was put it on 2x-or 3x a day and its nearly gone...you can get the anti-fungis cream at longs drugs and its over the counter...i hear you can get ring worm from cats and un-washed pillows :[]...so STAY CLEEAAN
