Jesus could've said take me off this cross whenever He felt like it, but He loved us that much to do the suffering for us. the only reason others are still punished are because they choose not to believe it. why did God forsake His own Son? i'm not entirely sure i could've watched while my only son was being nailed onto a cross, could you? it must have broken God's heart. so now, please don't go talking like you know everything, because this is really offending.
