you know what this game runs fine on even high settings but there are some problems

1. going to map view is not smooth it lags and takes 3-4 seconds to load perfectly

2. game takes nearly 1 minute to load and 3 minutes with world adventures(not with ambitions)

3. it lags sometime in live mode

4. build and buy mode takes 2-3 seconds to open

now what should i do what do you think i f i add more ram it will run smoothly or not.

@GAU94RAV well actually if you're still pondering this, the processor is pretty low. if you have vista or 7 it's even worse with 1.8 than with xp on 1.8. the req. is 2.0 xp 2.4vis/7. if you had a faster processer it would be faster

I got a dell i5 dual core processor nvidia geforce with 8 gb of ram and 1 tb of hard drive memory and I run mine on high and its very nice and smooth :) but i dont have a graphics card i only have a dedicated video memory not system but Im gonna add the gforce 9500 for awsome graphics

video cards are the problem. I play Just Cause 2 and it exits randomly when i play and i made the video settings go down and problem resolved

@opulo1 you could always make up to 8 members per family;; more if you use a cheat but it gets ugly when you have more than that on the screen at once. (before 3 anyway)

@simsrock32 I just checked the nvidia website to see if there any updates for my graphics card and there i so im downloading them now and see if that solves the problem, but i had it running before on these drivers i have got installed now, so im stumped

@simsrock32 No I installed it with a genuine retail version, it updated it from v1.0 to v1.8 from the game launcher and it still doesn't work, I had it running not so long ago so I dont know what it could be

And TS3 runs very laggy but it can sometimes hit 73FPS. Gets 80 all the time when exploring a tomb (WA expansion). Graphics are all on low except:

Enabled Shader 2

Texture (max)

Sim / Object (max)

Even with these set to lowest it runs the same way.
