MAYBE A GLASS OR FIBERGLASS ROFF ON A SQUARE OF STRAW BALES WITH A GRAVEL FLOOR AND A COMPOST BIO DIGESTER NERBY . ADD SOME FISH AND AQUA CULTURE TO FEED THE PLANTS. USE THE HEAT AND METHANE FROM THE DIGESTER TO HEAT THE GREENHOUSE.

WHAT ABOUT UNINSULATED STRAWBALE WITH THRMAL MASS OF GRAVEL FLOOR, SOUTH FACING WINDOWS AND A BIO DIGESTER TO MAKE COMPOST AND HEAT THROUGH A COIL IN THE COMPOST PUMPED INTO THE GREENHOUSE AND THE METHAN FROM THE COMPOST TO HEAT IN THE WINTER.

i love the well for cold air to fall into liked the green house before thet but like the cold air drain and he said it turns to water didn't he. what would his better greeen house be like? Why did he line his thermal mass earth walls with wood? rose

i dunno if double pain glass is a best practice for greenhouse building. I've heard using plexi is the best so that snow doesn't break the glass, obviously plexi can be from a recycled source. (warm air on one side, cold air on the other, mixed with weight of snow...crrrrrack)
