    I was felled by Laryngitis right after I made this video - but I still made the recipes on days 19, 20 and 21, which were Day 19 Spicy Avocado Lime Soup, page 37. Day 20: Thick Tomato Veggie Soup, page 38. Day 21 and the Finale: Broccoli Soup, also page 38. I enjoyed every blend and never tired of avocado. Thanks for asking :) I appreciate your support. Jane

  • does anyone have any idea what the recipe is for the green refresher smoothie in the 21 day power plan book? I'm on day 5 of my cleanse and I can't find the recipe in the pdf booklet.

    On day 5 I made the Viva Cilantro! on page 22: "Wonderfully refreshing and savory! Cilantro is excellent for cleansing heavy metals from the body. However, no one needs to have such high cleansing aspirations in order to enjoy this deliciousness."

    2 cups water 1⁄2 cucumber, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped 1⁄2 lime, peeled 1⁄4 avocado 1⁄2 banana (optional, sweetens the smoothie a bit)

    Blend about 20-30 seconds.
