In my opinion the giant wasn't that hard, I had a lv 99 viking with full crystal and 2 sheilds, back row, with protect and just kept on provoking. A lv 99 summoner and i just kept spamming bahamut and leviathan. A dragoon with blood and holy lance, just kept jumping, and a devout who just kept spamming curaga/curaja. Everyone was in back row, but u could sub dragoon with a ninja who throws shurakins

Alright then, If you want to receive mails from Alus, you have to place Arc first in your group which will make you to control him, after that go to moogle and see the new mails from Alus.

you cant send mails with ipod but instead you have to clear almost everything in game such as having Bahamut, Leviathan and Odin and killing the four bosses in sunken cave to receive all the mails from Alus and four old men to unlock this dungeon.

@TheLegend1245 Despite my liking FFIII more than FFIV, I think that FFIV is a better game. The mognet features dictate many of FFIII's best sidequests, and make them very restictive (Unless you have friends who are also into jrpgs or used friends codes that you've traded for online).

FFIV has more interesting battle mechanics, a better story, and relies less on the assupmtion that you'll be playing the game wth your friends. FFIV also is a lot less touch screen heavy than FFIII.

Awesome! I got owned on my first trip against the final boss (didn't know that there was a point of no-return and I was still level 60) then leveled for a good while until level 70 and then the boss was a total joke...Yet another disappointing Final Boss fight : (

mmm, Hers a good stragety befor fighting this boss, first, get everyone to lv 99, 2 get ultima weapon. 3 walk around ???? to fight colord dragons (they give elixers and a 25% chance of onion items whitch are the strongest armor, onion sword is the second strongest wepon besides ultima.) do this till everyone has onion sword&sheilds.

@MrDANstudios He isn't as hard as you think. Only time to panic is when he uses Swipe, Yeah, panic. It hits all your characters for around 4000-5000 damage. But it's only when he has less than 80% of his health left. With this team at this level i highly doubt that the Onion Knight will get his HP high enough. Also, he is weak against magic. Flare, Meteor, Arise and a few other spells are all that's needed really.

- Send 7 messages to another player. Send and receive 4 messages from Topapa. When you read the last one, go back to your home town and talk to Topapa and you should be given a quest to see where the kids have ran off to. You got to fight a few monsters, save the kids and they say sorry and you'll have gotten the Onion Knight job.

@MrDANstudios just remember you don't need to get the feedback message. send the message and you can send another one to Topapa. Also make sure you're ready for the Iron Giant. He will kick your ass to high heavens a couple of times but you'll get there

I did not level my characters at onion knight i only used the job so that my characters had all the onion equipment and were able to cast high level healing and offensive spell. As well as haste protect and shell reducing some damage so that my characters were not koed as much. i was around lvl 75 some were 76. Meaning i was able to use curaga/curaja whenever needed and also use strong spell on my characters that were trained for magic.

Yeah right. Onion Knights have absolutely terrible stats until your character levels are in the 90s, at which point every stat goes up by almost 10 points for every level. The only way an Onion Knight would be effective would be if your characters were on level 97 or higher, in which case you have no right to brag.
