  • Thus began a tradition for beat-em-ups to have a Bruce Lee tribute in their rosters.

  • Sounds a bit too low

  • It's not a movie set. It is based on Tiger Balm Garden in Hong Kong.

  • I just realized this was a movie set. Lol I see the skyscrapers in the background now!

  • When I was little, the peacock in the back would always scare me. Dunno why.

  • waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa chute do dragon furioso

  • in the overseas version, it's fei long's theme

  • it has a different sound theme for Shin fei long in the japanese version

  • Best music and fighter in the game

  • Amazing graphics. :o

  • Hong Kong!!!!!!

  • Aww, it sounds so cool in the GBA ver.

  • oh ok. lol. so many versions its hard to keep track.

  • this is the japanese version for those who don't know

  • @mrgamefreak28

this is actually the PAL version. maybe the japanese version sounds the same?

  • @summ22 this is the Snes version or sounds like it, I have Snes and Mame, each has a different tone of music.

  • @StreetFighter4ever23

the title says "Super Street Fighter 2 Theme - Fei Long (HD quality, SNES version)"

and you tell me this is the SNES version, wow thanks for the info... captain obvious to the rescue ;)

  • fuck ryu always loved fei long the most

  • @CGJUGO80 Street Fighter isn't Street Fighter without Ryu.

  • i like song remember how i played with my bro and friends were we still kids

damm do i miss the 90

  • I was always a big fan of those exotic creatures in the background, at the end of the stage, they'd be all "EEEARRRGH~~!! .....EAAEERRRGHH~!!" Lol.

  • @lynnvryett you mean the pokemon?

  • This is actually down-pitched. So there's a high-pitched, down-pitched, and normally-pitched version of the SNES Fei Long's stage theme on YouTube. X_X

I don't normally prefer the SNES versions (New Challengers or WW/Turbo) over the arcade versions. However, I have one exception, and it's Fei Long's. :D

  • @CodyRockLee13

it is possibly a difference between PAL and US versions since their stage themes sound quite different. this is the PAL version. technically, this is pulled straight out of the ROM with perfect sound quality, so there can't be anything wrong with it.

  • @summ22 This sounds the same as the US version to me I can't tell the difference

  • @CodyRockLee13 I agree this is one of the few SNES themes that is better then the arcade

  • @CodyRockLee13 I agree 100% Fei Long's is the only theme than the arcade. Although I like the high pitched version most

  • just like bruce lee. loved it.

  • Finally!! Oh my days mad props man, I've been getting so pissed off with everyone uploading these bogus high pitched versions of Fei Long's Super Nintendo theme. I was tempted to rip it out and post it myself, even though my subs would've flamed me like fuck, as they largely consist of MK fanboys.

5/5, my only complaint is that it's a little short.

  • Can you post the US version?

  • what do you mean, US version? is there a difference between PAL SSF2 and US SSF2?

  • Yes.

  • didn't know, thanks. i don't plan to upload another version, but i'll let you know how to do it:

    - download the SPC music files from snesmusic

    - play them with SPCplay, optionally save to wav

speaking of this, i remember there was 2 versions of each stage theme, but i just took the one i was more familiar with. the other one had to be the US version, then.

  • @nnenna06 I cannot hear any difference

  • @ojideagu youtube.com/watch?v=18bTGlyimoM&feature=related

  • @prettiT12 Link doesn't work. I'm British but owned the USA version. This video sounds exactly the same to me as the US version. I will try and find the other versions.

  • @ojideagu type in fei long snes american and it should be the first one there. The difference is the american version is pitched like the arcade versions.

  • @prettiT12 I see, I hear it now. I do prefer the higher pitch version as the melody sounds better. I think it was pitched down to make the Rhythm guitar stronger.

  • flaming foot!!!! watsaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!
