nice take off the f-14 tomcat is now replaced by f-18 super hornet.And the f-15 strike aegle is replaced by the f-22 raptor.But the american airforce always have an f-15 strike eagle to fly over the no fly area over iraq and iran.They have also a drone the predator its an unmanned drone fly over this area.Piet from Holland

@warlseven If you've got the FSX Accelaration pack you can use a program called AICarriers 2. You can then place a carrier anywhere you want to

@tomaclo You'll need to download AIcarriers 2 to be able to place carriers where ever you want them. It's freeware. I'd also recommed Javier fernadezs U.S.S Nimitz I think it's called "IKE Version 2" also freeware

@MrKillz777 The F-14 is a freeware model by Dino Cattaneo. If you Google it you'll get a link to his website indiaalphafoxtrotecho. The sound was downloaded from Youtube as an MP3 then played over the video.

@MrKillz777 No problem mate, look for Javier fernadez's U.S.S Nimitz too. I think it's called "IKE_V2" or something along those lines. You've got to try Dino Cattaneos Goshawk also. It's on his website too. There is also an incredible soundpack for the Goshawk google it and you'll find it.

@antonw91 lol just gotta be careful the online carriers you can download like the nimitz is one other players can actually drive and you can too hard to find now but it's a good carrier makes your fram rate drop like a rock though from 30 to 7 so gotta plan out the landings prctice in cessna's by doing tag's touch and go's easy and smart plus you can fly with two people in one plane you and another in multiplayer which makes it even more realistic.

@SkyHawk024 I like the idea of 2 people in one plane. The guy who made the Tomcat in the vid is planning to make the RIOs virtual Cockpit too. that would be cool for an online flight. The way my landings are sometimes I think i'd probably be better off in the back seat. That carrier sounds cool, I have seen vids on here of an online carrier looks like fun, I may have a look into that.

@antonw91 well the rear person in the cockpit is the navigator if youve seen topgun goose is the navigator mavericks the pilot me and my bud flew the grandcanyon that way in that vary jet carrier was in the lake at the end have no clue how it got there but it was there and boy was that a fun landing lol.

@hgrgic that's a great idea. I think it is possible to do too, using FSrecorder you can play as traffic so I think I could record a flight with an F-5 and then play it back and chase the F-5 with a Tomcat. I'll have a go over the weekend. Thanks for the idea
